Summary Statement
The incumbent in this class will oversee the Division of Reconciliation and Transaction Management (RTM) within the Office of the State Treasurer. This division is responsible for bank reconciliation, payment distribution, revenue collection and budgetary preparation and monitoring, and coordination of efforts within all FSF modules for the department. The incumbent will be a liaison with the state banking partners, state agencies and local school districts, and other third-party vendors. The incumbent will be responsible for the project management of the division.

Writing Exercise: A writing exercise will be given at the time of interview. The main office is in the Webb Building with the Silver Lake Business Complex in Dove DE. Office of the State Treasurer (OST) also has a smaller satellite office based in the Carvel State Building in Wilmington, DE.
Conditions of Hire
Criminal background check: A satisfactory criminal background check is required as a condition of hire.
