EDF is seeking a Director, Data & Integration Services to define the enterprise data strategy and lead the Snowflake-based platform. You will drive API‑first integration patterns and govern data quality across CRM, Finance, HCM, Marketing Tech, and Fundraising.

You will mentor a growing team of data professionals, partner with executives to enable trusted analytics, BI, and AI readiness while ensuring privacy and security are embedded in the architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in data engineering, enterprise integration, data architecture, BI, or related.
• Experience building and executing an enterprise data and integration strategy in a multi-system environment.
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms (prefer Snowflake) and modern data engineering architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into business outcomes for executives and teams.
• Hands-on leadership with ETL/ELT tech (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Informatica) and orchestration.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; knowledge of REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, and stewardship.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, IaC, DevOps/DataOps, observability.
• Ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, Marketing, HCM, and other functions.
• Willingness for occasional domestic travel.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute EDF’s data and integration strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead evolution of the Snowflake-based enterprise data platform and modern data engineering capabilities.
• Establish scalable API-first, event-driven, cloud-native integration patterns across CRM, Finance, HCM, Marketing Tech, Fundraising, and other systems.
• Advance data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, and data stewardship capabilities.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to develop scalable data architectures for analytics and AI readiness.
• Enable trusted analytics, BI, data products, self-service analytics, and AI readiness.
• Ensure privacy, security, and responsible data use are embedded in the architecture.
• Oversee engineering practices: DataOps, CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and observability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing data & integration team; manage cross-functional partnerships.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve mission impact and efficiency.
