Work closely with the Chief Data Architect to bring strategic initiatives to life through sound architecture that securely drives business growth.
  • Program Execution: Build and oversee a multiyear data strategy program including data discovery, catalog, architecture modernization, integration improvements, and data quality. Guide consulting partners that support the data strategy program. Establish the strategy for how the organization manages inbound and outbound data feeds, operational data requests, and analytical/AI data needs. Measure the impact of data initiatives and communicate outcomes to the Executive team.
  • Leadership and Culture: Promote a culture where data is trusted, shared appropriately, and used responsibly to drive collaborative innovation. Mentor data stewards and program leads across the company. Drive transparency, collaboration, and accountability across all data and analytical/AI efforts.
