Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of related experience required.
• Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, institutional research, assessment, BI, or related analytical function.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with accreditation reporting.
• Familiarity with higher education data systems (Colleague, Banner, Slate, Raiser's Edge, LMS).
• Knowledge of institutional research methodologies and data reporting in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IPEDS submissions, accreditation documentation, compliance reporting, and external surveys.
• Prepare standardized institutional datasets for internal and external reporting needs.
• Support assessment processes through data analysis, reporting templates, evidence review, and summary reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and validate SQL queries and data extraction processes.
• Participate in data migration and new software implementation by validating data and documenting reporting logic.
• Serve as a liaison between offices and IT regarding reporting, data access, system logic, and data validation needs.
