You will translate priorities into scalable solutions, aligning with Digital Manufacturing, MPI, IT, and site operations to accelerate insight generation. The role requires a deep pharma manufacturing background, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with data platforms.

Qualifications

BS degree with 10 years in pharma manufacturing or data engineering roles.
Experience leading data-driven transformation in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of unit operations across Drug Substance, Drug Product, Packaging, and Analytical Sciences.
Experience with data governance and portfolio/demand management forums.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of data and analytics priorities with measurable impact.
Translate data strategy into practical plans with milestones.
Partner with SM S&T, IT, and site teams to align priorities.
Lead data pipelines ensuring data quality from source systems to analytics platforms.
