Job summary

Louisiana State University seeks a Director of Data Analytics and Operational Initiatives to lead data-driven decision-making for the College of Engineering. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field with 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing projects with technical/development teams to implement data/workflow systems.
• Degree not strictly required if candidate has the required years of experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Lead centralized, standardized workflows across operational and administrative functions to drive alignment and efficiency.
• Partner with Dean's Office to assess processes, identify gaps, and define priority areas for improvement.
• Translate operational requirements into specifications for electronic workflows, tracking systems, and databases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of operational improvement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
