Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Design Oversight & Technical Review

  • Lead design reviews for architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
  • Ensure alignment with business needs, industry standards, and energy efficiency goals.
  • Drive innovation in design solutions to maximize uptime, scalability, and performance.

Construction Execution & Risk Management

  • Oversee contractor selection, procurement strategy, and execution plans.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, delays, or cost overruns.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and environmental standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the key point of contact between engineering teams, architects, vendors, and executives.
  • Review and approve bids, proposals, and contracts to ensure project alignment.
  • Provide clear updates, reports, and strategic input to senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems for mission-critical facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects from concept to completion.
