Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Position Overview:

The Director of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence leads the development, automation, and enhancement of data reporting systems supporting clinical quality, access, utilization, and financial performance. This role aligns data strategies with our client's mission to improve community health, delivering actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. As the organization’s lead data expert, the DDABI collaborates with stakeholders to create effective dashboards, visualizations, and tools that promote data-driven culture and usability across company.

Top Skills:

• 8+ years in healthcare data analytics or BI
• 3+ years in healthcare quality metrics and Epic systems (Clarity, Caboodle)
• Advanced T-SQL; 1+ year with Python
• Proven team leadership and performance management experience
• Certifications: Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle.
• Must meet Epic pre-assessment criteria if certifications are expired.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field
• Strong background in population health management and healthcare informatics and data analysis including tools such as Microsoft SQL
