Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing business to lead Data, AI, and Technology strategy during its digital transformation. The role shapes data governance, analytics maturity, and enterprise data strategy while guiding technology leadership across the organization.

You will collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive measurable outcomes, modernize reporting, and scale AI initiatives in a regulated, technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data/Analytics/AI/Technology functions in a complex business environment.
• Strong governance, data management, reporting, and enterprise data strategy expertise.
• Proven ability to identify and implement automation and AI solutions in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Data, AI, and Technology strategy.
• Build data foundations for AI adoption including governance, quality, and architecture.
• Partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to identify analytics opportunities.
• Advance reporting, BI, and data management capabilities across the organization.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead and develop a technology team of ~10 employees and expand capabilities as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and translate innovation into value.
• Oversee broader technology initiatives and modernize enterprise systems and processes.
