You will own collection decisions, build and manage personas, and translate findings into actionable intelligence for internal teams and clients. You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and research, developing access strategies, maintaining OPSEC, and advancing automated collection pipelines while navigating legal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on dark web threat research with demonstrable collection outcomes.
• Proficiency in Russian at a professional working level.
• Strong analytical writing for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience presenting to customers or at webinars.
• Ability to develop collection strategies and maintain access across volatile sources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company-wide SME on dark web dynamics for product, engineering, sales, and analysts.
• Make and own strategic collection decisions for forums, markets, and channels.
• Identify and gain access to criminal forums, darknet marketplaces, and covert channels within policy.
• Develop and maintain collection personas and source documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to turn research into automated collection pipelines.
• Monitor source changes and adapt collection strategies accordingly.
• Produce finished intelligence on threat actors and underground infrastructure.
