KLDiscovery, Inc. is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity Operations to lead Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Engineering for a global, remote team.

The role reports to the CISO and partners with the Director of Cyber GRC to modernize MDR, AI-informed detection, and automated workflows. • 15+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Proven MDR deployment and security operations ownership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee security operations, incident response, and threat hunting.
• Direct four engineering lanes: endpoint, identity, cloud, and application security.
• Lead vulnerability management lifecycle and control validation.
• Drive AppSec, cloud security, and AI security initiatives.
• Mature MDR deployment and automation with SOAR and CI/CD.
• Partner with the CISO and manage a lean engineering team.
