Position Description
Job Title: Director of Curriculum
FLSA/Job Status: Exempt/Full Time
Reports to: Principal
Position Summary: The Director of Curriculum is a key academic leader responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the school's curriculum. This individual will ensure academic rigor, spiritual integration, and alignment with diocesan standards while supporting both traditional academic pathways and Classical Catholic education principles. The Director of Curriculum will work collaboratively with faculty, department heads, and administration to assess and promote instructional excellence and student achievement across all disciplines. This is a full-time, 12 month/year position.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop. Must be able to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by the means of spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing general surroundings and activities.
Working Conditions
School office setting; Full-time, 12-month position with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
