Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a Director, Creator Acquisition to lead the growth of high-performing creators on ShopYourLikes. This sales-led leadership role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

The position requires deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, strong pipeline-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to scale creator

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven sales and business development instincts with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline.
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including conferences, events, and meetups that matter.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.
• Build a pipeline of high-value creators and develop compelling offers to win their business.
• Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings.
• Lead a hands-on Creator Acquisition function initially, then scale the engine with strategy and team.
