AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director to lead Cost Takeout & Technology Transformation engagements for enterprise clients on the East Coast. Qualifications

12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, enterprise architecture, or operational transformation.
Proven track record leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization programs.
Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
Strong understanding of cloud, automation, AI, application modernization, and technology operating models.
Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and large enterprise organizations.
Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level discussions around cost optimization, technology strategy, and business transformation.
Develop transformation narratives linking technology investments to business outcomes.
Diagnose cost drivers, technical debt, and inefficiencies across client environments.
Build business cases demonstrating measurable cost takeout and growth enablement.
Identify opportunities for application rationalization, cloud transformation, and intelligent automation.
Define transformation roadmaps with quantified financial benefits and establish value tracking.
