Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director on the East Coast to drive Cost Takeout and Technology Transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will shape transformation strategies, lead client conversations, and oversee large-scale delivery across advisory, architecture, engineering, and change management.

You will guide cloud modernization, AI adoption, and operating model redesign, working with C-suite stakeholders to deliver sustainable cost savings and growth enablement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, or operational transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud, automation, AI, and technology operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level discussions around cost optimization and technology strategy.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with quantified benefits and business cases.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale transformation programs across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify and shape opportunities.
