We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more.

Why Rosendin?

Committed. Innovative. Engaged. If you're looking to take your career to the next level and work with some of the best and brightest in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Since our founding over 100+ years ago, Rosendin has been driven to positively impact the communities where we live and work. We are an organization built on integrity and we have a culture that empowers people, embraces diversity, and inspires everyone to do their best. As one of the largest EMPLOYEE-OWNED electrical contractors in the United States, you will have the unique benefit of being a shareholder at a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and success. When our people succeed and fuel our success, we reward them. We'd love to have you as a shareholder!

Your Next Opportunity:

As Director of Corporate Subcontracts, you will shape and lead Rosendin's enterprise-wide strategy for subcontractor engagement, ensuring robust, compliant, and value-driven partnerships across all our projects. This pivotal role safeguards our operational interests, drives efficiency, and directly contributes to our success as an employee-owned company delivering complex electrical infrastructure nationwide. You will build and empower a high-performing team to expertly manage subcontractor relationships from qualification through closeout.

What You'll Do:

Develop, implement, and continuously refine Rosendin’s enterprise-wide subcontracting strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize value. Lead the negotiation and administration of complex master subcontract agreements, ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and scope clarity for large-scale electrical construction projects. Establish and manage comprehensive subcontractor pre-qualification processes, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution mechanisms across all business units. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks associated with subcontractor engagements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of subcontract professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate strategically with Legal, Operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Finance to align subcontracting efforts with overall project goals and company objectives. Drive the implementation and optimization of subcontract management systems and tools to improve visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on subcontract-related matters, including scope definition, change order management, and closeout. Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations on subcontracting performance, market trends, and risk exposure to senior leadership. Ensure all subcontracting activities uphold Rosendin's commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills, with a proven ability to secure advantageous terms and mitigate risk. Deep understanding of construction law, contract structures, and industry best practices related to subcontracting, especially within electrical construction. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex contractual concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executives, legal counsel, and field teams. Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and dedicated contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges and develop proactive solutions.

What You Bring to Us:
