Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, valuation, investment banking, or litigation support.
Prior exposure to restructurings, distressed situations, or complex disputes strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Analyze historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, and capital structures.
Build, review, and maintain detailed financial models including forecasts and valuation models.
Support out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and bankruptcy contingency planning.
Assist with litigation support engagements, including expert analysis and testimony.
