Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, valuation, investment banking, or litigation support.
• Prior exposure to restructurings, distressed situations, or complex disputes strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, and capital structures.
• Build, review, and maintain detailed financial models including forecasts and valuation models.
• Support out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and bankruptcy contingency planning.
• Assist with litigation support engagements, including expert analysis and testimony.
