Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, including executive/internal communications.
• Experience advising executives on messaging, presentations, media engagements, and sensitive communications.
• Experience managing external agencies and enterprise-level communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an executive communications strategy for CEO and leaders.
• Lead internal communications across channels to engage employees and align priorities.
• Shape external communications strategies with public relations and media relations.
• Partner with leadership to manage reputation, crisis communications, and messaging consistency.
• Provide communications counsel to departments and oversee enterprise editorial programs.
