The Westin at Frenchman's Reef in St. Thomas is seeking a Task Force Director of Catering and Conference Services to lead our events team and elevate service.

You will develop strategic plans, oversee planning, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.
• Extensive catering/conference services management experience in luxury settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
