  • Support strategic hotel partnerships by overseeing the contracting process with national hotel brands.

Sales Support & MSAs

  • Partner with National Sales to support Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations with key clients.
  • Ensure all sales contracts align with company risk profiles and margin goals.

Internal Contracts & Compliance

  • Review and manage contracts for internal tools, event platforms, and technology vendors.
  • Oversee contracting processes during onboarding for relevant roles (freelancers, contractors, vendors).
  • Own the review of all client and vendor waivers—ensuring legal compliance and clarity.

Process Design & Governance

  • Develop and implement SOPs for contract management across all markets.
  • Create and maintain a centralized contracts database and risk review process.
  • Deliver training to internal stakeholders on contract best practices and policy updates.

  • Reduction in contract-related risk or liability
  • Realized cost savings through vendor renegotiation
  • Improved contract turnaround times and internal satisfaction
  • Increased team confidence in contractual understanding and execution
