Capital Health seeks a Director of Contract Management to oversee system-wide contracts, policies, and internal controls. The role leads a team, partners with Legal and Supply Chain, and advises senior leadership on institutional risks and regulatory updates.

SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job)
The Director Contract Management establishes and governs the system-wide workflow, policies and internal controls for Capital Health's agreements, from initial request to final invoice verification. This role leads a team that manages the contract pipeline, facilitates physician contracts in partnership with Legal and partners with Supply Chain leadership to audit vendor invoices and enterprise agreements. The role also serves as a primary resource for healthcare regulations, monitoring compliance trends, resolving complex contract disputes and directly advising senior leadership on institutional risks and legal updates.
