Money Publishing Group seeks a Director of Content Creator Sponsorships to own the sponsorship line of business for our Creator Network, selling creator sponsorships, branded content, and multi-creator programs. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build relationships with brands and agencies.

This senior, quota-driven role requires a track record of closing creator or influencer partnerships and translating creator audiences into ROI-driven programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in creator/influencer marketing, branded content, media sales, or digital advertising.
• At least 5 years closing deals and managing enterprise sales cycles with quota responsibility.
• Demonstrated success closing creator sponsorship or branded-content deals exceeding six figures.

We're looking for a Director of Content Creator Sponsorships to own the sponsorship line of business for our Creator Network working with both new & existing advertisers. You'll sell creator sponsorship programs—matching brands with the right creators across our network—and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for someone who has personally built and closed creator, influencer, or branded-content partnerships and can translate creator audiences into compelling, ROI-driven programs for brands and agencies.

Ads by Money is the team and technology that helps third parties—particularly influencers, creators, and content publishers—better monetize their platforms through performance marketing. We leverage Money’s advertiser relationships, proprietary technology, and data insights across our brands to help influencer partners drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Independently own the full sales pipeline for advertisers (new & existing)—from outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed contract
• Build and grow a portfolio of high-value target brands and agencies within priority verticals
• Sell the full range of Creator Network offerings: creator sponsorships, branded content, and multi-creator campaign programs.
• Close enterprise-level creator sponsorship programs typically valued in the six- to seven-figure range
• Package and position creator audiences, formats, and deliverables into programs that map to advertiser objectives and KPIs
• Partner with creators, editorial, and production teams to scope deliverables that protect both brand outcomes and creator authenticity
• Serve as Money Group's senior point of contact in brand- and agency-level discussions
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Legal, Product, Editorial, Creator Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing to bring programs to life
• Lead proposal presentations, quarterly business reviews, and renewal/upsell planning
• Make independent commercial judgments grounded in revenue potential, gross profit, and strategic fit
• Contribute market insights and surface emerging creator and vertical opportunities
• Represent Money Group at industry events and conferences
• Among other responsibilities related to the position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years in creator/influencer marketing, branded content, media sales, or digital advertising
• At least 5 years closing deals and managing enterprise sales cycles with quota responsibility
• Demonstrated success personally closing creator sponsorship or branded-content deals exceeding six figures
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer/branded-content models, and how brands evaluate creator partnerships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suited to executive and agency audiences
• Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate them into strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing relationships with brands and agencies that invest in creator and influencer programs
• Background selling creator sponsorships or branded content at a creator network, publisher, media company, or talent/influencer agency
• Familiarity with campaign measurement, brand-lift, and performance reporting for creator programs
• Experience collaborating across editorial, creator partnerships, legal, and product teams

What We Offer

This is a full-time remote position and is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid leave, among others.

This job's annual salary range is $120,000 up to $180,000.

The offered salary may vary within the posted range based on factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, experience, training, job responsibilities, and location. The compensation package includes both base salary and commissions. Applicants must be available to work Eastern Time hours. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We do not currently sponsor or transfer employment visas.
