Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc is seeking a Director to lead Indirect Sourcing for Content & Creation in the NYC area. You will translate global strategies into local sourcing roadmaps and manage high-value creative, production, and marketing tech categories.

You will drive cost-saving initiatives, engage with US brand teams and global sourcing, and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers to elevate supplier performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management.
• Strong financial acumen, contract negotiation expertise, and knowledge of creative/media agency compensation models.
• Interest in marketing technology, digital transformation, and GenAI innovations in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Translate global Content & Creation strategies into US sourcing roadmaps and execution plans.
• Own category spend, investments, and KPIs across creative, production, and marketing tech categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (CDMO, brand teams) to integrate GenAI solutions to optimize efficiency and creativity.
• Mentor and guide Sourcing Managers within the Content & Creation team.
