Job summary

Sabai Global is seeking a Director of Consulting, responsible for providing expert leadership in Elevator and Escalator consulting. This role includes maintaining an active consulting portfolio and leading a team of consultants to ensure high-quality client service and achievement of revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to developing team capacity and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management requirements in the elevator industry.
• Formal education expected; exceptions may be made for specific industry experience.
• Driven to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience managing and leading a team of consultants and support staff.
• QEI certification or willingness to obtain it within 12–14 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of consultants, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Maintain an active portfolio of consulting projects across assigned verticals.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Own regional consulting team P&L, including revenue forecasting and expense management.
• Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing consultants.
