Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a portfolio of construction and remodel projects, establishing clear scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initial planning through final close-out.
• Provides leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams and external partners, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, landlords, and tenant coordinators.
• Partners with internal teams to ensure construction projects support business objectives and brand standards.
• Oversees all facets of construction execution and project close-out, ensuring projects are coordinated and completed to standards.
• Owns project capital budgets and construction schedules, providing ongoing oversight and monthly reporting.
• Reviews contractor bids, negotiates contracts and change orders to achieve fair pricing.
• Oversees contractor performance and daily construction activities, including reviews of schedules and submittals.
• Coordinates responses to RFCs and contractor inquiries to stay aligned with scope and objectives.
• Validates scope, costing, and schedules to ensure achievability and alignment with portfolio priorities.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks and communicates status to leadership.
