Job summary

Strategic Employment seeks a Director of Construction FP&A to support large-scale infrastructure and capital projects. You will own project financials end-to-end, work hands-on with Field Operations and Project Managers, and drive forecasting accuracy across programs.

You will build and improve project controls, create executive-ready reports, and partner with leadership to keep projects on track financially and operationally. This role offers high visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project FP&A for large-scale capital projects.
• Experience working with Project Managers and Field Operations, not just back-office reporting.
• Strong cost tracking, forecasting, and project financial analysis.
• Experience creating reports for corporate executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project financials and forecasting for large-scale infrastructure.
• Identify risks early and communicate with leadership.
• Lead the improvement of project controls processes.
• Collaborate closely with Field Operations and Project Managers to keep projects on track financially and operationally.
