STRUCTURAL is seeking a Director of Construction to be based in Denver, CO, leading field operations across the Intermountain region. You will oversee Construction Managers and open-shop crews, coordinating with Branch and Division leadership to align resources and drive project delivery for concrete repair, preservation, and related work.
You will manage multiple projects, mentor field teams, and ensure safety culture while engaging with clients to close opportunities.

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Construction to be based out of our Denver, CO office and provide construction leadership across the Intermountain region. As a Director of Construction based in Denver, you will be responsible for providing high level field management to Construction Managers as well as ouropen-shop crews in Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. Our projects typically consist of concrete repair, historical preservation, cathodic protection, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial settings.
