Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Position: Director of Connectivity Products

Location: Remote. Cannot sit in Alabama, California, Hawaii, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Wyoming, Washington, and Chicago.

Permanent Placement: 25% fee

Salary: $175,000-$180,000 with a 20k incentive compensation tied to EBITDA. 10% match with 401k

Process to Close: 3-4 rounds

Start Date: July 7

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Director of Connectivity Products to support our telecommunications client. The Director of Connectivity Products leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the client's mobile, internet, and integrated product lines. This role is accountable for the product roadmap, aligning offerings with business and customer needs, and achieving portfolio EBITDA targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Own the mission, goals, and outcomes of the team.
• Provide strong leadership across direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Set clear goals and expectations; hire, develop, and mentor talent; deliver timely feedback and manage performance consistently.
• Define and execute a 24-month product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the CTO Strategy team.
• Approve product requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive improvements in ARPU, subscriber metrics, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure successful product migrations and decommissioning aligned with strategy.

Product Development & Management

• Evaluate new opportunities against strategic goals.
• Oversee development of Wireless, Broadband, Voice, Video, and Business Products.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, balancing cost and feasibility.
• Align product strategy with business objectives and customer insights.

Lifecycle Management

• Manage product performance across technical and financial dimensions.
• Reduce one-off and non-strategic offerings.

Strategic Alignment

• Provide strategic input to CTO and Business Units to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor and report on key product performance metrics.
• Veto features or technologies misaligned with long-term strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business units and CTO teams to ensure cohesive product development and enterprise alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in positions of increased responsibility in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or related background
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• 5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
• Experience within the Telecommunications industry working with wireless or wireline products
