Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a seasoned head of community management to drive client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions. You will lead Area Managers and Supervisors, create training pathways, and shape succession plans.

You will standardize SOPs, oversee technology adoption, risk management, and contract compliance while maintaining strong executive relationships with boards and developers. Hybrid office role in Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of community/property management with multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record in client relationships, financials, and operations.
• Exceptional communication and change leadership.
