Job summary

PNM Resources is seeking a Community Outreach and Engagement Manager in Albuquerque, NM to oversee corporate citizenship programs, philanthropic budgets, and community relations across the company’s multi-state service area.

In this role, you’ll direct the foundation's activities, develop strategies and budgets, collaborate with government relations and media teams, and build partnerships with agencies and nonprofits to position PNM as a trusted community partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with seven to nine years of related experience in corporate citizenship, non-profit management, and philanthropy.
• Master's degree preferred and relevant leadership experience is valued.
• Experience in grant making and community foundation activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and executes the corporate citizenship strategy, vision, mission, and goals.
• Collaborates with Public Policy and subsidiary programs to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Leads foundation activities, sets giving priorities, and manages related staff.
• Develops community partnerships and engages with agencies across multiple states.
