It's dedicated to cultivating essential life skills like leadership, entrepreneurship, and public speaking.

This isn't about maintaining the status quo or managing complaints – it's about building a movement of families who understand and fiercely defend our mission to develop the next generation of leaders.
If you're energized by challenging conventional wisdom and have a track record of mobilizing communities around transformative ideas, we want to talk. But if you prefer conflict avoidance and maintaining the comfortable old ways, this role isn't for you.

- Compromising our educational model to accommodate individual preferences
- Reducing parent relationships to transactional customer service interactions
- Focusing on sales or treating Alpha as a commodity to be marketed
