Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in corporate or nonprofit communications.
• Experience overseeing websites, social media, and collateral marketing materials.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications strategy aligned with mission, priorities, and goals.
• Advise CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and department leaders on messaging.
• Maintain organizational voice, messaging, and brand standards across channels.
• Develop executive remarks, speeches, talking points, and leadership communications.
• Oversee website, social media, newsletters, and collateral; manage communications operations.
