Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead delivery, governance, and strategic execution of e-commerce, payments, and monetization initiatives across the PlayStation platform.

The role oversees a portfolio spanning Product, Engineering, Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams, translating business objectives into scalable delivery plans with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale technology programs.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and business.
• Proven ability to operate within large, matrixed global organizations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.
• Experience establishing governance models, portfolio management processes, operating rhythms, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Experience leading programs involving digital commerce ecosystems, payments, or marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Strategic portfolio leadership across a portfolio of high-visibility initiatives for PlayStation's commerce and monetization ecosystem.
• Define strategic objectives, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and investment plans with executive leaders.
• Drive alignment across global organizations and manage competing priorities and dependencies.
• Establish operating models and governance frameworks for informed decision-making and accountability.
• Lead modernization and transformation efforts in commerce, payments, subscriptions, and related financial platforms.
