Qualifications

• 10+ years as an engineer with hands-on security architecture and pen-testing experience.
• 4+ years in Director/VP level management overseeing large teams.
• Experience leading managers across multiple departments with 20+ direct reports.
• Strong leadership, communication and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OASE Security Architecture, Pen-testing & Engineering team, with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop security strategy and reference architectures for cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
• Drive security automation, governance, and compliance across Oracle Analytics.
• Mentor leaders, guide career growth, and ensure timely execution of critical security activities.
• Collaborate with product, development, PM, and operations to deliver secure services.
