Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced security leader to head the OASE Security Architecture, Pen-testing & Engineering teams within Oracle Analytics Cloud. The role requires mentoring a security team and delivering continuous improvement across cloud security.

You will guide security architecture across infrastructure, application, cloud, and mobile, collaborate with product and operations, and drive standardization of security practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience mentoring and managing a Security team for a complex cloud product.
• Strong background in security architecture, pen-testing and engineering across infrastructure, application, cloud, and mobile.
• Experience leading continuous improvement programs and deliverables.

• Direct a team that includes Security experts in multiple time zones.
• Align work with OASE Security team members to business needs.
• Provide mentoring and career guidance to team members.
• Ensure timely execution of critical Security activities.
• Guide the team in building innovative best practices and solutions.
• Work with Product, Development, PM, and other Oracle Analytics leaders to deliver on key programs.
• Develop relationships driving cultural change to align managed services with cloud delivery principles.
• Security technical and project leadership for robust security architectures.
• Leverage existing solutions to drive standardization and reduce timelines and costs.
