Qualifications

• Must hold LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent Alaska license within 1 year of hire.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of ASAM Levels 1.0/2.1/2.5 and higher levels of care.
• Experience diagnosing Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders per DSM-V.
• Familiarity with EHRs and Medicaid licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead crisis response coordination and urgent care support.
• Conduct crisis response coordination meetings for village incidents.
• Coordinate care coordination and discharge planning for chronic behavior episodes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Psychological Services on clinical service assignments.
• Collaborate with Administrative Director on disciplinary actions and strategic planning.
• Work with the Administrative Director to maximize service revenue and compliance.
• Develop and oversee the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Provide oversight for Intensive Outpatient Care (IOP).
• Lead initiatives to increase services and programming across clinical settings.
• Develop SOPs and review clinical policies for updates.
