Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a talent for mentorship, education, and clinical excellence. The Director of Clinical Education will lead training and development initiatives and drive clinical standards at Stone Oak Care Center in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and evaluate staff education programs, including orientation and skills training.
2. Identify training needs and ensure compliance by participating in the QAPI Committee.
3. Support continuous quality improvement and enhance clinical performance.
4. Mentor and develop nursing staff to uphold patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Previous nurse education and leadership experience in skilled nursing (preferred).
• Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and clinical excellence.
• Passion for team building and improving patient outcomes.
