Director of Clinical Business Development & Partnerships | Remote base, US

Mason Harding continue their exclusive partnership with a company who are reimagining the future of genomics, to recruit their first Director of Clinical Business Development & Partnerships —and we'd love for YOU to be a part of it!

We’re seeking a high calibre strategic clinical BD professional to establish and oversee a global KOL network of clinical leaders, identify strategic business partnerships and out-licencing opportunities for our client’s novel precision genomic solutions!

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will take the lead on driving adoption of their precision genomics system within the global clinical sector (US & Europe to begin with), utilizing your skill in identifying synergistic partnering opportunities between hardware and assays within the clinical realm; specially focusing on liquid biopsies, minimal residual disease (MRD) and oncology applications.

As the first commercial clinical lead team member, this opportunity offers HUGE upside in development opportunities and would suit any established business development, alliance manager or clinical partnership professional looking to drive a paradigm shift in how rare diseases are detected, in a supportive-fast paced scale up environment!

The Skills You’ll Possess

  • Minimum 10 years in a similar strategic business development or clinical partnership related role; must be within the molecular diagnostic / clinical genomics field.
  • Have an established network of KOLs and organizations across liquid biopsy, MRD or oncology applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, immunology, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% (including international trips as needed).
  • Reside remote in any major US city with close airport links.
