Qualifikationen

• Active NY licensure (LCAT/LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in an NYS Office of Mental Health licensed program.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role over clinical/admin staff.
• Solid knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders and treatments.
• Experience with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic programs.
• Skilled in program management and leadership development.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Salary Range: $80,000-$87,000 (35 hours). Personalized salary reflecting your related experience and academic/credentialed background.

Consistent with BestSelf policies,procedures and relevant regulatory requirements, the Director of ClinicServices provides support and direction to Program Directors and staff acrossclinic programs to ensure that programs are compliant with all regulatoryrequirements and agency Policies and Procedures. The Director of Clinic Services will assistthe Vice President of Clinic Services in the oversight of clinic services andmanagement of daily operations.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thisposition holds overarching responsibility for the strategic leadership andoperational oversight of specified clinical programs. In addition to managingday-to-day operations, the role entails driving the professional growth andsuccess of direct reports through continuous coaching, actionable feedback, andtargeted development initiatives. This role will also foster a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and high performance, ensuring that all directreports are equipped to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to theorganization's long-term success that align with both team and organizationalgoals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Willensure that the services provided by the Clinic Programs are of high quality,innovative, accessible, culturally sensitive, and promote the reduction ofhealth disparities.
• Inconjunction with other administrative staff, he/she will monitor productivityand compliance levels, devise and implement quality improvement activities, andbe a part of utilization management.
• Willprovide input into the development and the delivery of BestSelf's continuum ofintegrated services, with a specific focus on creating workflows andefficiencies that support quality services.
• Willwork to ensure that the identified outcomes for services are achieved.
• Willwork to identify and address additional staff training needs within clinicprograms.
• Providesupport to Program Directors in monitoring staff productivity and caseloadmanagement to further optimize the delivery of services to clients.
• ProvideClinical Supervision to staff as assigned.
• Inconjunction with the Vice President, will monitor programs for compliance withall State and Federal laws and regulations as well as Agency Policies andProcedures.
• Participatein and contribute to agency meetings.
• Providesupport to Program Directors to ensure that program services are accessible toeligible clients.
• Build& maintain effective working relationships with other BestSelf team membersand community partners.
• Ensureservices meet or exceed industry professional standards.
• Completesall trainings required by the agency.
• Performsall other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have an active/valid, unencumbered, New York State LCAT, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Aminimum of 3 years of experience working in a New York State Office of MentalHealth licensed program.
• Aminimum of 2 years in a supervisory role with all or a combination of some experience in both clinical andadministrative supervision
• Mustpossess thorough knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders andtheir treatment.
• Knowledgeof evidence-based practice and training initiatives.
• Experiencewith Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic programming
• Mustbe skilled in program management, and organizational and leadershipdevelopment.
• Effectiveinterpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Abilityto provide appropriate leadership and motivate staff to strive towardexcellence.
• Leadershipskills grounded in organizational values of trauma informed care, racial equityand leadership development for all staff.
• Mustpossess the ability to respond quickly in a crisis and solve problemseffectively.
• Musthave excellent communication skills, using all methods.
• Musthave flexibility to provide support in the evenings during clinic operatinghours as needed.
