Overview

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is looking for a Director of Client Success & Clinical Solutions. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication, as well as problem solving and customer service skills. With their leadership the Cuready Team will build a strong market presence and continued dedication to the healthcare professionals we represent.

Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting efforts for sonography, functioning as a Senior Recruiter to source, screen, and place top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified MFM professionals for client needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters on best practices in specialized recruitment.
  • Partner closely with the business development team to understand prospective client needs and contribute to tailored proposals.
  • Transition new client relationships from sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted long-term relationships.
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess workforce challenges, identify training needs, and develop solutions.
  • Provide consultative insights and strategic recommendations to support client success.
  • Partner with clients to assess MFM training needs and design tailored training initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee training delivery, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Manage client engagements as a project manager, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the business development team by supporting proposals and transitioning new clients into successful ongoing partnerships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and develop strategies to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with operations, business development, and clinical leadership to align recruiting, training, and client success strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback from the client perspective to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Represent Cuready’s expertise in MFM sonography staffing and training to clients, prospects, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, or related field required.
  • At least 2 years in a healthcare staffing leadership role, preferably combining project management and recruitment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage cross-functional projects.
  • A growth mindset with the desire to improve processes, tools, and standards proactively.
  • Ability to effectively coach and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication along with the ability to present and facilitate.

  • Must have above-average MS Office skills.
