What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation process, coordinating between internal teams and client teams
- Serve as the primary contact for all client communications, training, and launch activities
- Manage client relationships and respond to escalations and reporting needs
- Optimize processes and workflows to meet client expectations and achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Growth teams to ensure smooth client relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing implementations and transformation initiatives in the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to lead in fast-paced and dynamic organizational settings
- Exceptional communication and people leadership skills
- Strong operational mindset with proficiency in workflows and metrics
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with payers and healthcare systems, particularly in a technology context
- Proven experience managing scalable program implementations across multiple regions
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement landscape, particularly Medicare and Medicaid
- Familiarity with CRM and project management software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Asana
- Genuine motivation for the mission of improving brain health and patient outcomes
