We're currently pipelining talent for FUTURE needs and looking for a Director of Client Services. The Director of Client Services is a driver of execution, responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will support all client-related activities and the needs of the team to ensure client delight.

The Role:

  • Partner with Project Management and Production Planning teams to review capacity, deliverables, and performance.
  • Provide direction on documentation of work requests, defining and assigning work to appropriate resources.
  • Review and analyze weekly client health scorecards, addressing risk areas with the team.
  • Act as client escalation point for service delivery concerns, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.
  • Provide operational performance reports to client leadership weekly, highlighting successes, risks, and needs.
  • Conduct strategy meetings with Customer Success team to review client activity and performance.
  • Lead daily stand-ups to communicate initiatives and review deliverables.
  • Manage team members through regular 1:1s, reviewing work and processes.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
  • Ensure team executes on Annual Enrollment activities and engages clients proactively.
  • Participate in sales meetings, partner with sales on prospect visits and service scope presentations.
  • Engage in ongoing education on product updates and system functionality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working with brokers, carriers, and clients in Benefits Administration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communication, or similar preferred.
  • Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, HR, or Healthcare preferred.
  • Motivated, confident, energetic, with a positive attitude.
  • Strong relationship and project management skills, with analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Resourceful problem solver, creative and constructive.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new technology and communicate effectively.
  • Passion for continuous learning and technology.
  • Availability to travel up to 15%.

The pay range is $80K to $154K annually, determined by experience and internal factors. Other compensation includes an annual bonus and a benefits package detailed here.
