Prominence Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Director of Claims to lead strategic direction, planning, and execution of all claims operations in the Reno area. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while guiding teams toward innovation.

The ideal candidate has extensive Commercial, ASO, Medicare and Medicaid claims experience, expertise in QNXT or similar systems, and a proven track record of strategic healthcare leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in claims management with Medicare experience.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration and budgeting.
