Adobe Population Health (APH) seeks a Director of Claims to lead the organization’s claims lifecycle, from submission to collection, across multiple payer contracts. The role drives denial prevention, operational efficiency, and revenue integrity.

You will partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, and Contracting to ensure billing readiness, reduce denials, and improve reimbursement performance. Office-based role in Phoenix, five days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Seven (7) years of progressive healthcare claims experience.
• Three (3) years in leadership managing claims, billing, collections, or reimbursement teams.
• Experience with population health, value-based care, or payer contracts is preferred.

• Oversee end-to-end claims lifecycle: submission, adjudication, payment, and collection.
• Lead payer follow-up and revenue recovery to minimize leakage.
• Partner with Finance, Contracting, IT, and Clinical Ops to ensure billing readiness and compliance.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and action plans to improve clean-claim rates and payment timeliness.
• Mentor and develop claims staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
