Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, education, public administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
• CFP® certification or another relevant credential preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in certification, credentialing, continuing education, association management, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CFP Board's Certification & CE Operations.
• Oversee certification maintenance, examination registration, and CE programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with policy, governance, risk, audit, and other teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, education, public administration, organizational leadership, or a related field

Master's degree preferred
