Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in vocational, academic or related field.
• Four years related experience; two in a management capacity.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level.
• Background check, drug test and valid driver's license required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the CTT and Academic departments.
• Evaluate staff performance and implement changes with approval.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures and propose changes.
• Ensure policy compliance and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee student safety and well-being and coordinate with career development.
• Act as Center Director when required.
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free center environment.
