Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages the administrative and programmatic activities of the CTT and Academic departments.
• Evaluates staff performance and implements changes as approved by the Center Director.
• Develops departmental budgets and monitors expenditures.
• Ensures compliance with government and company directives.
