Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined career services and management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, to manage team priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Career Services team to meet placement targets and regulatory standards.
• Develop campus strategy for Career Services and align with IEC plans.
• Manage Career Services budget and staff allocation; supervise externship programs.
