The State of South Carolina invites applications for the Director of Career Development and Workforce Initiatives, a grant-funded leadership role. You will guide the implementation and continuous improvement of programs that connect students with career exploration, educational pathways, employer partnerships, and employment opportunities.

You will work with the Project Director to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and drive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in career development, workforce development, or related fields is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and improvement of career development and workforce initiatives.
• Coordinate grant-related activities with the Project Director to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic departments, employers, and community partners to connect students with opportunities.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data, labor market information, and stakeholder feedback.
