Job summary

Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist with managerial responsibilities to lead the Cardiopulmonary Services team. The role involves delivering respiratory therapy and life support, conducting diagnostic tests, and contributing to department quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have NBRC registration, a bachelor's degree preferred, 2+ years as a RT and 1+ year of supervisory experience, plus BLS/CPR, ACLS, NRP and PALS

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR, ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications required.
• At least two years as a Respiratory Therapist and one year in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Respiratory Therapist and Respiratory Therapy Technician.
• Administers respiratory therapy and life support to patients.
• Performs diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
• Maintains department budget and participates in CQI activities.
